Welcome to Calm Your Mind! I created this space to share something that genuinely change the way I deal with anxiety : box breathing. While I’m still on my journey, I’ve found relief through this simple technique, and I believe you can too.
My experience with anxiety began several years ago. Like many, I tried to push through it, thinking it would eventually pass on it own. But it get worse day by day. So I decided to find a better ways to manage it.
When I discovered box breathing, I got kind of hope , It wasn’t overnight transformation, but with practice, I found myself having more good days than bad. I could feel the difference in how I responded to stress triggers, that once would have sent me spiraling.
While I don’t claim box breathing is miracle cure, I’ve experienced firsthand how this simple practice can create moment of calm even during difficult times. These moments adds up, gradually building confidence that anxiety doesn’t have to control my life.
The techniques I share here have helped me move from simple surviving anxiety to actively building a life where I can thrive despite it. It’s this possibility of improvement that keeps me going and that I want to share with you.
